State Highway Location
Due to its location on a state highway, we coordinated with the DOT, the state, and the county to meet all requirements.
We developed a new section of an existing property, which included lighting and additional parking, as well as the pad prep. As the future site of a high-traffic restaurant, there were significant additional requirements for grease control, as well as fire, water, and gas.
